Beijing sightseeing bookings through Trip.com during the three-day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, which lasts Sept. 19-21, increased nearly 800% on Tuesday from Aug. 20, and searches for Universal Beijing Resort tripled from the previous days after it was announced to open on Aug. 30, according to the report.
Due to the influences of the resort’s opening, large theme parks have become favorites with tourists while on vacation, followed by mountain landscapes and historic towns, according to the report.
Places such as Shanghai Disney Resort, Chimelong Tourist Resort, Gubei Water Town, Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, Putuo Mountain Scenic Area, Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, and Yellow Mountain Scenic Area are all top tourist destinations. , according to reservation data from Tuesday. .
