TORONTO, Nov. 11, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Starting November 15, 2021, it will be easier than ever for sun worshipers to return to Canada’s favorite destination of Cuba with Sunwing. The tour operator said the popular island will be seen as an easy entry destination amid entry restrictions lifted for fully vaccinated travelers just in time for the holiday season. To ensure a friction-free experience, Sunwing offers flights to Cuba from points of entry across Canada in addition to no change fees, free COVID-19 medical coverage and travel requirements made easy.

To make the process as smooth as possible, fully vaccinated travelers will not need to provide a negative test or quarantine upon arrival in Cuba from November 15. Passengers will need to provide proof of vaccination, complete the health form provided on board and show proof of COVID-19 insurance upon arrival. Unvaccinated passengers will still need to provide a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before their flight departs, both to board their flight in Canada and to be allowed entry into Cuba.
