Indian Manchester United fans will decide where #ILOVEUNITED will go next

Manchester United’s popular fan event, #ILOVEUNITED returns for its seventh season and will put the choice of future event destinations in the hands of fans.
The continued restriction on international travel means the latest edition of the event, dedicated to serving and celebrating the club’s passionate fanbase in India, will take the form of an interactive virtual experience.
And, as part of the 90-minute pre-match show ahead of the key Premier League meeting with Leeds United on Sunday February 20, fans will have the opportunity to vote on which city should host the event next. next time it will take place on the ground in India.
Six fans from across India will be making the case for their city as representatives of the event’s first-ever ‘Fan Panel’, assisted by United’s main shirt partner, TeamViewer, and the public will be invited to vote for their favorite in the official club app.
The cities competing to host the next event are Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore.
Fans around the world will be able to enjoy the show, as it will stream globally on Manchester United’s web, app and MUTV channels, Facebook and YouTube. The latest edition will feature bespoke local content aimed at the club’s fans in India with exclusive behind-the-scenes access and a first-team preview – plus special appearances from familiar faces. Designed for a digital audience, fans will be able to interact, ask questions and enter contests to win a host of exclusive prizes.

Fans who register for the event before Tuesday, February 15, 2022 will have the chance to participate in an exclusive virtual meeting with United legend Dimitar Berbatov, before the main event kicks off. They will also be automatically entered into a competition to win numerous prizes from the club’s commercial partners.
