Support Redbird Volleyball on their trip to West Lafayette

NORMAL, Illinois – For the fourth year in a row, the Illinois State volleyball team have punched their ticket to the NCAA tournament where they will face sixth-seeded Purdue in the first round in West Lafayette, Indiana at the Holloway Gymnasium. Thursday, December 2. Redbird fans will have plenty of opportunities to help support their MVC champions as they embark on their journey to the tournament.

Shipment of the day of travel
• Fans are encouraged to send the team in style on Wednesday, December 1 at 10 a.m. outside the Southwest Loading Dock at Redbird Arena as the team loads the buses to West Lafayette.
• There will be a women’s basketball game starting at 11:00 am, so access to the parking lot in Turner Field opposite the east entrance to the Redbird Arena will be by pass only… parking should be available in the lots adjacent to the arena.

Fan bus to West Lafayette
• A Fan Bus package will cost $ 10 and include a game ticket for Thursday only.
• A meal will be provided: gondola, chips, biscuit and water
• Fans can purchase the package by registering HERE
• Riders can park in Lot G82 (behind Horton Field House next to the outdoor track complex) and buses will park on the hill up to Horton with the start time set at noon CST.

Pre-match rally
• A pre-game rally will be held at the Holiday Inn Lafayette-City Center (515 South Street, Lafayette, IN 47901) from 4 pm to 6 pm.
• Hearty appetizers and a cash bar will be available.

Departure from the team hotel
• A final team departure from the Holiday Inn Lafayette-City Center will begin at 5:00 PM EST Thursday.

Tickets
• For those not traveling on the Fan Bus, tickets can be purchased from the Purdue Athletics Department HERE

The first service between the Redbirds and the Boilermakers is set for 6 p.m. CST / 7 p.m. EST. Broadcast information will be available on GoRedbirds.com and Redbird Volleyball social media accounts as it becomes available.
